Six questions with Canelia

What made you fall in love with your home when you first saw it?

I first fell in love with our home when I saw the architecture of the house. Our home is spread over six mezzanine floors and we renovated the house so that we tore down the walls and only kept a few, so it would be a vast open space. I just love it. The location was a bit of compromise – but now we have our summer home and city house together.

What’s your favourite thing about your home?

Our kitchen! We have a big family and the kitchen is a space where everyone hangs out and meets each other. The thing I really like about the kitchen is that all the home appliances are behind doors — it works for us.

How long have you lived here for?

We moved here in 2012 so five years!

How does it feel when you come back home after it’s been cleaned?

It’s a wonderfull feeling to come back home from work and know that you won’t have to start cleaning. There’s a lot going on with kids and having a cleaner means that I can fully focus on them.

What do you do when the cleaner is cleaning? I’m at work when the cleaner is here.

What makes you happy; how does Freska enable it?

A balanced life makes me happy. Cleaning is one way to ease it.
